-Do a patch test
-Apply to clean skin free of oils and moisturizers
-Use nipple covers under the tape
-Trim the corners off each piece before applying. This will help the tape stick firmly to your skin without any corners to catch on your clothing.
-Stretch your body, not the tape: Place your breast in the desired position, then apply Booby Tape to hold your breast in place. Only apply a small amount of stretch to each piece of tape. This is how you achieve the rounded, lifted breast shape (instead of flattening the breast).
-Don't overstretch the ends of each strip of tape
-Don't wear for more than 6 hours (longer wear can cause irritation and discomfort during removal)
Removal Tips:
-Start by peeling back the tape slowly, using the other hand to firmly hold down the skin behind the tape
-DO NOT use the "ripping off a band-aid" method
-Use moisturizer or coconut oil. Booby Tape comes off easier when wet. For a smoother removal, rub moisturizer or coconut oil onto the tape and let it soak in.
